Not Above Evil, a 4-piece melodic death metal band from Manchester, UK, with Shagrath
on vocals. Ok, it's not him, but it sure sounds like him, or something similar. Lets say its
melodic death metal with black metal vocals and leave it there..

Anyway… Influences: Lamb Of God and Mastodon. Don't like Lamb Of God, so I can't say if this is true or false. what I can say is that there are very little here that reminds me of Mastodon. To be honest, and my mom always says I have to at least try to be honest, this is just straight forward boring. Music in the vain of worn out melodic Gothenburg death metal, without any soul and with rather misplaced vocals, done 437 times before. (The music, not the vocals) Thank you and good night. Oh, sorry. Its full length album number 2. You can probably avoid number 1 as well.
